How it works?

1. Upload your photo(s).  Fill in the details, select your print size, background color and place an order. Please see the Photo Guide before submitting your photos.

2. Approve your artwork. Your 100% personalized artwork design is usually ready in 3-4 days for approval. The proof message will be sent to your email. Approve or request changes to your artwork design.

3. Receive your custom print. After your artwork design is approved. Please allow 7-14 days* for your custom art piece to be made and delivered to you. A tracking number will also be available once your order is shipped

Prints & Files

Posters:

Museum-quality poster made on thick and long-lasting matte (uncoated) paper.

- Paperweight: 200 gsm / 80 lb
- Shipped in sturdy packaging protecting the poster

Canvas:

Turn your art into a beautiful canvas. The canvas texture intensifies the image's natural look and feel.

- Wood frame is sustainably sourced (FSC certified materials).
-Canvas has a 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2") thick frame
- Shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes to ensure no damage during transportation.
- Mounting kit included

Framed Posters:

A framed poster with museum-quality paper and a beautiful frame.

- 200 gsm / 80 lb matte (uncoated) paper
- Lightweight 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8") thick frame
- Shatterproof, transparent plexiglass.
- Includes hanging kit, to hang in both portrait and landscape orientations.
- For indoor use

The frame and poster are delivered together. The poster needs to be mounted by the end recipient.

Digital File:

Receive one high-resolution digital artwork file in your selected size and background color. The file will be emailed to you after design approval.

- File format: PNG
- File quality: 500DPI

Digital File Package ( Add-On):

Receive multiple high-resolution digital artwork files featuring your design. If your design includes multiple items you will receive a file package for each object separately.

Files included:

- One high-resolution image with TRANSPARENT background ( .PNG, ~8000x5000px, 400DPI )
- One high-resolution image with WHITE background ( .PNG, 24"x18", 9600x7200px, 400DPI )
- One high-resolution image with Signature Camo background ( .PNG, 18"x24", 3600x4800px. 200DPI )
- One high-resolution digital artwork file in your selected size and background color ( 500 DPI )

These files will be emailed to you.

Source File ( Add-On):

Receive Scalable Vector Graphics ( SVG.) file and get full access to your design.

This file will be emailed to you. 

Design turnaround time & shipping

Artwork turnaround time

• Standard - Your personalized artwork design will be ready in 3-4 business days for approval. 
• Express turnaround ( Add-On) - N/A | Your personalized artwork design will be ready in less than 24 hours for approval.

How long until my order arrives?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:

• Artwork turnaround time ( 2-4 days )
• Fulfillment time ( 2 – 7 days )
• Shipping time ( 4-10 days )

Depending on your location it will take between 7 and 21 days* until you receive your custom-made products. *Shipping times for different locations may vary.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the products you have chosen. The easiest way to see your shipping costs is to add the products to the cart and follow the checkout process where shipping costs will be calculated.
